B. Bindu Priya Reddy, our director, holds dual postgraduate degrees and has been a UPSC Mentor, having successfully guided the aspirants to crack the India's toughest examination. She is also a certified Life Coach and a Parenting Coach positively impacting numerous lives through her expertise in Counselling. Her unwavering commitment to education led her to the education sector, where she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding Genius Tots. She has devoted herself entirely to creating a nurturing and holistic environment for children, meticulously designing the school and attending to every detail personally.Her expertise in Training the Trainer also transformed the approach and perspective of the teachers towards the education and students .

She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and is a certified TEFL pedagogy consultant specializing in early childhood education, with over 15 years of experience. Additionally, she has spent 9 years in a dual role as both academic and administrative head in the preschool sector.
